1. General Information

Toranatrails is a travel and eco-tourism company based in Odisha, India. All bookings and services offered through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional details mentioned in your specific tour package.

2. Booking and Payments

• To confirm your booking, an advance payment (as specified for each tour) is required.

• The balance amount must be paid before the tour commencement date.

• Payment can be made through the options provided on our website or via bank transfer.

• Bookings are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and written acknowledgment from Toranatrails.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start date: Full refund (minus transaction fees).

• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.

• In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, or unforeseen events, Toranatrails reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours with suitable alternatives or partial refunds.

4. Travel Documents

Participants must carry valid identification, travel permits, and any other required documents during the tour. Toranatrails is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documents.

5. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen activities.
Toranatrails reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who may pose a risk to themselves or others during the trip.
We encourage travelers to have personal travel and medical insurance.

6. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow the published itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or safety reasons. Toranatrails reserves the right to make necessary adjustments without prior notice.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Toranatrails acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transporters, guides, etc.). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services, natural disasters, accidents, or personal negligence.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect travelers to respect local customs, communities, wildlife, and the natural environment. Any behavior that disrupts the tour or harms local culture or ecology may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and media on this website are the property of Toranatrails and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
