3. How can I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website, call us, or reach us via WhatsApp. Once you select your preferred tour and dates, our team will confirm availability and share the payment link or bank details.

4. What is included in the tour package?

Each package varies, but generally includes accommodation, transportation, guided tours, entry fees, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary. The inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed for every trip.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 15 days before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction charges). Cancellations within 7–14 days will incur 50% charges, and within 6 days or less are non-refundable.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as illness, accidents, or trip delays.

8. Is transportation included?

Yes, transportation is usually included from the starting point of the tour. We provide comfortable and well-maintained vehicles with professional drivers.

We suggest carrying light clothing, a hat or cap, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, a reusable water bottle, and comfortable shoes. For birding tours, a camera or field guide is helpful.
